International Professionals Academy (IPA) is founded by Mr. Irshad Ali Shaikh is a Co-founder of the DESIGN AND DRAWING SOLUTION and 1st Generation Entrepreneur. He is qualified Mechanical Engineer from Pune University with with Post Graduation in Project Management (PGPPM) from NICMAR Pune, India.
He had worked with each role of construction industry worldwide and accumulates the extensive 17 years of experience in engineering design and drawing services in construction industries including 8 years of experience as a Entrepreneur as Engineering, BIM and CAD service.
He had visited global countries like USA, CANADA, Australia, New Zealand, UK for customer meet and expanded his services India and global market. He has trained his team as world class team for his seamless delivery.
He had experienced the parallel expansion of construction global industry, the necessity of professional engineers ( MEP ) and skilled technician ( BIM, CAD ) in Indian and global construction Industries and to fill the gap of the construction Industry, IPA has launched this year with inhouse training facility in Dombivli, Thane for live project with all equipped for online training facility and planned to add new facility in all over Maharashtra and other Indian cities like Kolkata and Hyderabad.

Mr. Shaikh has visited several countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK to meet customers and expand business opportunities in international markets. He has also trained his team to deliver world-class services with seamless execution.
Having recognized the growing demand for skilled professionals in the construction sector and the shortage of qualified MEP Engineers and BIM/CAD Technicians in both Indian and global markets, IPA launched its in-house training facility in Dombivli, Thane. The facility is fully equipped for live project-based training and online training programs.
IPA is now planning to expand its training infrastructure by establishing new facilities across Maharashtra and other major Indian cities, including Kolkata and Hyderabad.
